When I went to the lagoon,
I felt great!
The lagoon was there,
I was alive & not
"late"!
One friend-
Was in a bed-ridden state;
Another-
Passed the heavenly gate.
The lagoon's water met-
Salty fate.
The girl in me-
Enjoyed her date!
