The teacher announced "The
Art Project".
Students were free to choose
any medium and topic.
Every student was to present
their creation after a week.
Ira knew that her canvas and
creation would be unique and special.
She started preparing.
It was "Art Project
Day" at school.
Students got various types of arts and crafts and deposited them.
Ira had come empty-handed.
When the teacher asked Ira, she
pointed outside the window.
A colourful sight awaited!
The school’s boundary wall had a
new look!

I guess the fine line between the grafitti vandal and the muralist is the size of the commision fee
ReplyDeleteOriginal art project, but probably not that welcome.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking Ira's art was a tad more lovely than the photo prompt! And never mind the laws ;-)
ReplyDeleteDear Anita,
ReplyDeleteViva creativity and Ira's originality.
Shalom,
Rochelle
A great response to the prompt! (Granonine)
ReplyDeleteAt least she wasn't punished for it. Well done.
ReplyDeleteWas she rewarded or punished I wonder!
ReplyDeleteThe world is an artist's canvas. Happy Ira has a supportive learning environment.
ReplyDeleteShe is a big thinker…cute story! (Clare Graith)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea, well done Ira!
ReplyDeleteBold move on her part. Great story, Ira. Excellent message.
ReplyDeleteI applaud Ira for thinking outside the box. I just hope it goes better for Ira there than it would here. Here, she'd be facing expulsion.
