Today, we pay tribute to former President of India, Bharat Ratna, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
It is his death anniversary.

We had lost him on this date in 2015. It was the tithi of Suna Besha of the Ratha Jatra.
Suna Besha is an auspicious day when the deities are dressed in golden attire.
Dr. Kalam was a highly knowledgeable and inspiring personality. This Missile Man of India was a true karmaveer. He breathed his last after collapsing while giving a lecture in a hall full of students.

Pattachitra is an ancient art of Odisha.

He entered the Rashtra Bhawan with 2 suitcases and left that place with the same 2 suitcases. A lady President, PP, entered with one truck load and left with 3 truck loads.
