She had photographed and
documented all the statues found on the river-bank.
They demanded attention,
protection and preservation.
All her pleas fell on deaf
ears.
There was no action.
Some months later, she was
shocked to find the priceless heritage missing.

Exploring deep inside the virgin forest, they found an ancient hut.
"Looks like there have
been regular visitors in the area formerly believed to be inaccessible and
inhabitable", she remarked.
"How, Madam?"
She pointed at the shiny new
lock on the main door of the "Heritage Hut."
The partially open window told
her that the hut’s name was perfect.
