Great Gift

Rosy toiled to maintain her rose garden.
She had won many flower-show awards.
“Please give me 6 roses” her neighbor Dev begged her.

Rosy’s roses were very beautiful and famous.
But, Rosy hardly sold them for money.
It had to be for a noble cause or someone’s need or to barter.
Dev knew that Rosy loved his guitar.
“My friend Kris wants to propose to his ladylove. You can have my guitar in exchange for 6 roses!”
Rosy parted with 6 roses that Dev handed over to Kris.

That evening Rosy had a suitor.
Kris was there with 6 roses.

What will Rosy do now? Will she accept her roses and Kris's proposal?

    I think Rosy's heart will be touched by the gift. After all, she knows they're the best roses!
    But I'm shocked that someone should barter their musical instrument like Dev did. Why, that's simply awful!
