Go Green And Be Eco-Friendly

Today there's Ganesh Chaturthi and Teacher's Day celebration.
Both Lord Ganesha and Teachers impart knowledge & wisdom.

Planet Earth, Environment and Nature are teachers too.
They have been teaching lessons to me and you.

Environmental destruction has led to climate change,
But, we are yet to learn our lessons, isn't it strange?

When will we recognize the godliness in greenery?
Our world needs more trees to erase the misery.

Message this Teacher's Day & Ganesh Chaturthi-
'Cleanliness is Godliness', Go Green & be Eco-friendly.

Using eco-friendly Ganpati is a great way to celebrate.
The handmade Ganesha idol has seeds in it that germinate.

No harmful chemicals or wastes that pollute our water-bodies.
Can we take charge and ensure responsible celebration please?

Do you support Sanitation and Hygiene & afforestation?
Please share how you are an environment-champion & help prevent pollution.

  1. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. Greenery can echo the fervor for Lord Ganesha and we can go green to spread the powerful message this Chaturthi:)

  2. I don't know when we will learn. Every year we promise to use Eco friendly idols but nothing changes. Loved your poetic thoughts.

  3. With all the climate change happening with Mother Earth, it's very important that we exert effort in making sure that we exert effort in keeping it healthier and alive. Something that I always remind my students from markwilliamsinternational.com all the time.
