I set out on my regular business & daily chore,
Looking forward to the many destinations in store.
Distinct places to visit & things to be done-
Transactions & deals to take care, much fun!
Wherever I go, they welcome me with open arms,
It's the power of my desirable personality & charms!
My delicate & pretty dress & my lithe figure excites!
For my attention, there are flirtatious signals & fights!
They often wonder, "Darling, how do you look so nice?"
Even without makeup, I'm a feast for their eyes!
Some dare to trap me in their embrace to possess!
My Tiny Shoes often get stuck in the love-process...
I free myself knowing my purpose & nature's role for me-
They dream/desire/demand that I belong to them only!
I try to explain when I establish one-to-one contact with many-
Please note- I'm a Butterfly; I cannot be in just one flower's destiny!
As I bid bye, spread my wings & fly, the date-drama continues -
The next dashing flower gets me- I'm the Darling in Tiny Shoes!
(N.B- In the above poem, 'Darling In Tiny Shoes' refers to the Butterfly!)
Do you love Butterflies? Have you ever chased a Butterfly and tried to catch it? Have you ever wished that a Butterfly sits on your hand? Please share in the comments below.

ReplyDeleteMe on butterfly:
OMG Anita, you bring me back the memories of childhood. You wont believe, we as children used to gather Butterflies in a bag and free them back in our Rooms. Mom scolded us once for our act and we stopped. Silly we.
ReplyDeleteExpressions expressed in a beautiful way.
