She Walked That Path



She had visited many lands & had travelled to the world’s edge.
She had lost a lot & had quit material objects in pursuit of knowledge.

The brilliant light of enlightenment was her joy, desire, aim & plan.
People warned- “Don’t even try walking that path! You’re a woman!”

She still climbed up the stairs & followed her lofty dreams fervently.
She devotedly conquered the insurmountable & attained her aim ultimately.

When she walked down the same path as a winner, the same people recognized her.
Today, people follow her footsteps, are thoughtful listening to her attentively & feel better…

  7. An inspiring poem Anita :) Every woman faces similar obstacles but only a few dare to swim against the stream. When they succeed they become inspiration for all just as this sweet poem... :)
