Diwali is an important festival of India, our nation.
Diwali is called the "Festival of Lights"as there's illumination.
During celebrations it is sad to be away from one's family.
Festivals are for get-together & to enjoy together happily!
Wishing over phone or through emails or SMS is not as much fun...
Everyone dreams of real meetings & being a part of the celebration.
A Diwali Meeting is much better than an SMS Greeting-
One is real & face-to-face; while the other is in digital space! :)
'Characters-limit' between the two may be noted!
Real Meeting=Unlimited Talktime ; SMS Greeting=Limited!
This year, October 23rd is Diwali.
Hope you get to celebrate Diwali with your Family!
Happy Diwali to you & your Family!
Be safe & enjoy a sweet & sparkling Diwali happily!

DeleteHappy Diwali! Enjoy!
Of course I am...
ReplyDeleteI had planned my travel 60 days before and tickets were booked.
But, every recently came to know that in Kerala, Diwali will be celebrated on 22nd Oct.
I will reach on 23rd only.
Apart from that hitch, all is well I guess!
Aww! Now just a day late...
DeleteWish we could just change/update the travel date.
Anyway, it's Diwali when we are with loved ones.
Plus, you can always celebrate on 23rd with the rest of the nation!
Best wishes! Happy Diwali :)
Ya I'm... it's too early to wish you... and do I have to remind you not to play with sound :-P
ReplyDeleteNever mind, Anunoy. Advance wishes all the same :)
DeleteI love Diwali for many other reasons than the sound :P Cheers!
I sure intend to, provided work permits me to :(
ReplyDeleteSad that something that is only a small aspect of your life should make you miss out on the larger things in life, simply because it pays you.
Cheers
