Trust Me...

We work hard with sincerity all our life.
Then, a sad incident occurs that fill us with strife...

What had we done to deserve the serious false charges?
The heartless persons for our ordeals just can't care any less!

Maligning our character is their game-plan ultimate!
Oh! Why this pain in our life, our world, our fate?

On the Judgement Day, when with God I am face-to-face,
I'll ask Him why people act in such irresponsible ways?

Why without any proof, people accuse & frame the innocent?
Will someday their Karma of false allegations be evident?

Will God make them pay for the wrongs they have done?
Even if He does, will we earn back the trust stolen by suspicion?

    1. Very true, Cifar! Thanks for sharing such wise words.
The basis of good relationships is trust..
God is also within the realms of trust. Suspicion annuls His existence.

  2. Sometimes innocent were framed, they get the punishment without committing any sin. But trust for that person never returns.....
LOVE your posts Anita, waiting for more........

  3. Ah! Lovely one Anita. some questions do not have any answers and these are the same. With the flow of time, it is possible to bring new ideas, new dreams, new life, new threats, new happiness but not the new trust.

  8. This is the world we live in, and we have to learn to live by. Why worry when we know, we are right? The rest are trash. The DHARMA of KARMA has to be worked out by one way or another. Let it be. Worry exacerbate our condition. Take a deep breathe, look around, there are still so many beautiful souls. Join hand with them and keep smiling. Nice write.

  9. Trust. Once broken, it's so difficult to regain it, right? Your poem expresses it so beautifully, Anita!

  10. Anita let me explain this...when you are happy, successful, beautiful, there would be lots who might be jealous of ur happiness and glory. So when something bad is said about you they will go on to add mirch masala to it and gloat in all that bad mouthing that is being done on ur behest but definitely there would be many more who would know ur real character. They will always be firm in their opinion about you. Trust me on this. They will stand by u no matter what.
Now coming to false charges i know one thing from another personal experience of my mine. In the end truth alone triumphs. Yeah one has to undergo that trauma...of suspicion, alienation, people pointing fingers, whispering behind loud enough for you to hear but in the end truth alone emerges have no doubt about that. One gud thing comes out of it all. Of the false charges...name being malgned...you fighting it out... This whole journey gives you the true picture of the erstwhile reel life u were living. All facades are dropped , myths busted about relatives, friends, near and dear ones. You come to know the real truth. Probably you will during this time of moral crisis find the one you can trust all your life and decide on giving the rest you had hopelessly kept hanging on to.
i am amazed when i see the news these days...one day media talks about molestation charges...next day the same channel puts the same poor girl to task...what's happening man???
Media needs a bit of straightening up don't u think...from all u know they r taking hefty sums to make one hero and damn the other.
i was wondering if u were speaking on behalf of that which is current news now...
Anita i want to speak so much...what to do...ur composition elicits it. Hope u don't mind me using so much of ur space. i do this in Saru Singhal's space too. Poets bring it on...maybe...discussions...
    :) :) :) or it could be i am errr...generally a BIG talker. :) :) :)

    1. Thank you so much for sharing such words of wisdom, Shivani.
You are so true. We get to learn from the process and we 'come to know the real truth'.
Pray that at the end truth triumphs. Else, some people delete all traces of truth to prove that the false is true & the truth is false! They are great at jugglery & supported by some others. Unfair.
I shared this poem as I was pained to learn about the plight of a loved one, who disclosed her ordeal to me teary-eyed... It reminded me of a shockingly sad personal experience I faced last year.
People have no right to destroy our credibility just because they 'suspect' us of something we can never even dream of committing! They should have valid proof before falsely accusing & murdering someone's character.

You are most welcome to share whatever you feel here. I love such enlightening 'discussions'.
You share because you care. I truly appreciate your time & value your intention to share your candid thoughts.
I do so too with utmost sincerity. Believe me, I treasure every word that my dear friends & readers are so kind to share :)
Please continue the kindness & make me feel rich & blessed :) Thanks, Dil Se!

  12. Something to think about for sure .. its very easy to raise a finger at someone ..
but when some suspicion is raised it can take a eternity to remove that even if the person is innocent ..

sadly in today's world majority of the times it is the false and the untrue that WIN.. gone are the days when we said truth wins, and in some case even if truth wins it comes so late that its not worth the winning, I say that from personal experience .. what good was the court giving the decision in our favour when my Dad has passed away , to me it means nothing now.. he fought the case in the sessions court, lower court higher court and the supreme court, and every court was giving the decision in our favour yet the other party kept appealing ..

all i did was give that little piece of money away because it did not mean anything to me.. but i saw my dad sad over the issue always and he left sad so what use was the win of truth over false .. Zilch

    1. True Bikram. Thanks for sharing your experience. Sorry to learn of it.
Unfortunate that one party appeals unfairly & makes the court cases drag that disheartens the other righteous party & causes great pain.
In Kali Yuga, all this is fairly common.
At least you 'won' the case. There are many, who lose despite being in the right.

But, as you have shared- "what use was the win of truth over false .. Zilch".
You know what? At the end it is all Zilch.
Nothing remains. No one takes anything when they leave the world.
Yet, look at how everyone acts in life. Making life hell for all...

I pray that may everyone get some sense and live & let live with love & peace & no room for unfair allegations...
