The Secure Prince



The crafty Queen played her political master-stroke cool.

She shrewdly managed to fool; yet smartly earned regard & made all drool!

Despite their obsequious requests, she ‘sacrificed’ & didn’t occupy the seat!

Warming & securing it for her son’s future was her genius feat! 

The dummy care-taker, chosen carefully, was just an eye-wash, a tool…
