He fondled her saying, "I felt a pang in my heart when you both danced in the rain..."

"When he ditched you, I was very angry as I have always loved you & can never see you sad, Darling!"
As they hugged, she didn’t know that he had broken the law by sabotaging her ex-lover's circuit-system that rainy-day...
He had thrown his competitor's metallic-body out as rain-water-exposure would kill him.
He had no fear as no other robot in the 25th Century had seen him committing the crime & the 20th Century stuffed Ram sitting in the corner couldn't testify...

DeleteInteresting.. Anita :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Lancelot :)
DeleteDidn't know Anita that a story can be told using just these many words...and i need to learn because i am very very over wordy....hahahaha.
ReplyDeleteJokes apart now tell me na seriously is there a word for this...opportunist is definitely an understatement but hey i find it really weird though. i keep seeing it in Hollywood movies. The victim a girl would be in her most miserable state of affairs and she will 'do it' with the next guy who tries to show her some consolation. Guys toh you know. They have all their emotions fixed on one spot but girls...i find that weird and i won't agree to that word 'Bizarrreness' because for me the word should be BRILLIANTO. :)
Yes, Shivani, a few words can convey so much... Sometimes words are not needed and sometimes we can use up hundreds of pages & yet not convey what we wanna say...
DeleteDo stick to your style. It makes you stand out & special :)
We humans are 'emotional fools'. Most people's idea is to cash on!
This was a story about Robots of the 25th Century where even they have emotions and break rules out of jealousy, revenge & love...
Thanks for such lovely words :)
Gripping narrative. Love is such an oxymoron and makes us do strange things.

I never new that stories can be so short and express so many thoughts.....honestly I was surprised when I came to know that the end has come so soon....
