Just Married

http://rochellewisofffields.files.wordpress.com/2014/05/jennifer-pendergast4.jpg

When their eyes met, it was love at first sight.

Love doesn't mean marriage or seems right...

Marriage of Religions?! They can only fight...

Society was busy rioting & killing that night,

The couple got united as their souls took flight.

  11. Beautiful poem, Anita! I can't help but be reminded of what's been in the news lately - the consequences for women who married against their family's wish.

Ending is happy when the lovers unite, in this life or the next...
      I believe there's a happy ending & if the end isn't happy, it's not the end!!! :)
