The Unexpected Trap

image
WOW- Trapped!

The actress looked stunning in that red costume and heavy make-up.

The movie shoot was on.

She tried to focus on her lines.

The director tried to retain his patience as she fumbled causing many retakes…

Everyone was also worried why the producer hadn’t arrived at the sets.

Only she knew that the producer would never arrive.

She had killed him last night when he had tried to force upon her…

But, she was shocked when there was an unexpected visitor.

It was the producer!

It was a trap.

Actually, the Police-Inspector had worn a mask with the producer’s face…

She must have told the police that the producer was at fault!
Maybe they'd let her out as she had killed out of self-defence... :)

  5. Good story. She must have gone to pieces when she thought he came back from the dead. She should have called the police and reported the death right away. At least that's what I've heard in some murder mysteries. She needs a good lawyer. Well written.

    1. Thanks! Welcome to my Blog :)
The Police must have zeroed in on her or on someone from the cast/crew. That's why they dropped in at the movie's shoot!
She may not have reported out of fear or may be out of confidence that she'll be saved.
Yes, now she needs a good lawyer & good friends like you & me! :)

  9. That would be shock if you knew you'd killed someone and then thought he was back from the dead. I imagine it wasn't too hard to get her to confess.

    1. Very true, Janet. But, she would have earned sympathy as she was protecting herself & had no intention to kill...
