Excuse Me!


"Sister, Miss!"- Names what they referred me as when I was alone.

"Aunty, Woman!"- They addressed me so when they spotted me with my kid!

Why can't they address “Lady / MADAM” every time?!

    I agree with Kymm! I detected quite a voice right off of the bat with this piece. Very well done. Good choice of palindrome as well. As Trifecta winds down, it is nice to know that the quality of work is remaining so high. Thanks. :)

    And, why can't they? I'm a man, but I see the objectification of women. I was raised by a single mother, they struggle. I'll admit right now that women get the shit end of the deal. So, your words ring true, the voice is genuine, and I love your spirit. Great work!
